Exchange and Return Policies

Each creation at Özel Gallery is made to order, therefore we have a unique returns policy:

• Returns:
We only accept returns for manufacturing defects. Returns are not accepted for changes of mind or size.

• Changes:
If the product is not personalized and is in perfect condition, we accept exchanges within 5 business days of delivery.

• Conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories or certificates.
